The unboxing video must be continuous and without cuts, edits, or interruptions.

Unfortunately, claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be accepted, as the video is required to verify transit damage, product issues, or shipping errors.

Once your claim is reviewed and verified, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or another appropriate solution, depending on the situation.

Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

2. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
