A complete, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or incorrect-product claim. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the product received, without cuts or edits. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

If a claim is reviewed and verified, we may provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or another appropriate solution, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that the provided contact information is correct. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
